1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

Because we ship directly from our international suppliers to keep prices low, delivery times may vary:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after shipment.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: In rare cases due to customs clearances, high-volume seasons, or postal delays, delivery can take up to 20–30 business days.

Please note: Items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you chose combined shipping.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information can take 3–5 business days to update and show activity in the system after you receive your link. You can track your package directly on our website or via global tracking services like 17track.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • jaysprimeshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
